Almost too simple to be a recipe.
Way to good not to be called a dessert.
1 cup ricotta cheese
4 packets low-calorie sweetener (i.e. Splenda)
1 tablespoon cocoa
Mix all ingredients in a cup, chill and enjoy. You will probably be surprised as to how darn good this can taste. Adjust sweet and cocoa to your personal preference.
