With it’s roots in Southern Italy, Mozzarella is a soft white cheese traditionally produced from the milk of the domestic water buffalo. Our “Canadian” version however is 100% cow. It is a semi-soft cheese with a mild and milky flavour. Great for melting or enjoying on its own.
